Hitting the gap at the Rangers Rugby DayNewly formed Rangers Rugby Club held a Rugby Day at their home ground in the town of Dvokolwako on Saturday. All players both old and young in the Dvokolwako area were invited to attend the Rugby Day. The development coaches were down in Dvokolwako to lend local coaches a helping hand.

 

The first Club Tag Rugby Tournament will take place on Saturday August 28th at the University of Swaziland Luyengo Campus. Rugby Union Vice President Sibusiso Nkambule made the announcement at the Rugby Union's offices yesterday. "We want to encourage adults to play the game of Rugby and by using Tag Rugby we can introduce players to the game who are not ready for full contact. The interest has been amazing and ten clubs have confirmed their participation in the tournament" said Nkambule.

Sibovu Primary players going through the tackle drillThe Scorpions Rugby Club in the the town of Nhlangano held a contact coachig session for the twp schools in the area who are looking to go to the UK in September and participate in the Caldy's Touraid Rugby tournament.  The two schools who took part in the contact coaching day were Sibovu Nazar

Players at the Kudu's Rugby club Tag Rugby DayThe Kudu's Rugby Club held a Tag Rugby Coaching Day at the Nokwane Primary sports ground in the Lowveld.  The coaching session was for schools in the Mhlume area who are afilliated to the Kudu's Rugby Club.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Mhlume High on the attackThe Kudu's Rugby Club held a Inter High Schools Rugby Tournament last week at the Mhlume open sports ground.  Kudu's President and SRU Vice President, Sibusiso Nkambule welcomed the three schools and wished them luck in the tournament.
