The big pushInyatsi the Presidents select side returned from South Africa after participating in the Barberton Rugby Day.  The side Captained by Malindi Dlamini arrived back in Swaziland on Saturday night after losing 37-7 to the Riverside Rugby Club.  Malinidi said the team was a little bit down with the result, but they were not out. 

 

Mahlanya Primary with their donated kitMahlanya Primary School the winners of the Vondo's Inter Schools Tournament recieved a kit donation from the Swaziland Rugby Union yesterday after their practice session.  Mahlanya Primary Head Teacher Mrs.

Inyatsi the Presidents Select side will be participating in the up and coming Barberton Rugby Club Rugby Day to be played on April 4th in Barberton at the Rugby Club.  Rugby Union President confirmed Inyatsi will be making the trip to Barberton.  We received the invitation two weeks ago and we decided to honour the invitation. 

 

 

 

 

Cheeky MaphangaCheeky Maphanga was voted Player of the Tournament by the team Coaches at the Inyeti 7's Tournament held on Friday night. Cheeky who started playing Rugby five months ago helped his Rhinos team to victory scoring four tries.

Jude GilbertJude Gilbert took the Swaziland's Player of the Tournament at the Malelane Rugby Festival held on Friday 6th and Saturday 7th of March.  Team Coach, Steve Reynolds said Jude had been marvellous in defence and made two of the Swazi tries.  He seemed to be all over the park in both attack and defence and rightly deserves to be awarded the P

The Presidents Select team "InyatsiThe Swaziland Rugby Union's Presidents Select side "Inyatsi" returned home on Saturday from the Malelane Rugby Festival beaten but by no means down.  A jubilant Inyatsi Coach, Steve Reynolds said he was very happy with the team's performance against a strong Komatipoort First team.
