Machawe HlongwaneThe Swaziland Rugby Union U/16's Elite Squad was named and called to a training camp over the weekend. The camp held in Malkerns was the second to have taken place within the last month. Rugby Union President, Michael Collinson said the the Squad has been called to training in preparation for the up and coming games against South African teams from Durban and Witbank.

We have named a twenty seven player Elite Squad, but we are looking to push the number of players up to forty. We have alot of young Rugby talent in the Kingdom and as we take the game of Rugby out into the rural areas we are finding more and more of that talent, added Collinson. We have now asigned two Coaches to the U/16's Elite Squad as we feel the Rugby talent we are seeing deserves two dedicated U/16's Coaches. The two Coaches asigned to the U/16's Elite Squad are Mario De Sousa who also works as a Development Coach and Brendan Ross-Munro.
